About the Speaker

The talk was delivered by Katerina Gkili, Dietitian-Nutritionist from Mind Your Body Nutrition. Katerina graduated with honors from the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics at the International Hellenic University, specializing in Clinical and Sports Nutrition. She also holds a Master’s degree in Therapeutic Approaches to Diabetes Mellitus and brings extensive experience in clinical practice and scientific research presentations.

Katerina combined scientific precision with clear, actionable advice, making it easy for athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike to integrate these strategies into their daily lives.
