Small Group Training is an excellent choice if you want the benefits of personal training while also working out in a small group, combining social interaction and motivation.
A large percentage of participants have been shown to train more effectively when exercising alongside others! For this reason, we have created closed groups of 4–6 people, where you can enjoy the sense of teamwork while still receiving proper guidance.
